Usui Reiki healing

Reiki is also the Japanese word for Energy Healing. Our energy system includes the chakras that affect our health and the way that we experience life.  A blockage over your chakras can affect your self esteem, self confidence, ability to experience healthy relationships, ability to communicate and your natural ability to plan and move forward productively in life.  

Reiki energy  is administered by the healer by channeling the universal healing light and  allowing "life force energy to flow into your physical body as well as your aura."  

Reiki is also used to encourage a physical healing and on a medically intuitive level to locate the cause of physical disease and assist you in releasing it to effect  healing.  Reiki is not meant to replace conventional medicine but to compliment it. Once the cause of disease is highlighted, it can be released. During this session your aura will be scanned and blockages released, you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Sessions are geared towards a healing of body, mind and spirit. The reiki only session, deals with issues from a purely energetic perspective. 

What to expect during a healing session:

• Dedicated serene healing room
• We will have a brief chat about what you would like to work on
• Your aura and chakra system will be scanned and evaluated
• The Reiki is applied with intention, it is deeply relaxing
• Your aura will be smudged 
• The session is closed off with sound vibrational healing such as crystal quartz singing bowls
• Feedback  time with suggestions of how to move forward to integrate the healing.

The shorter session is perfect for relaxation,  and an energetic reset and alignment. The longer session is appropriate if you have things that you would like to work through with a healer. This is where we can tackle physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Working at the deeper level can also help you navigate your way through recurring patterns and blockages that come up in life. Reiki in such cases is complimented with spiritual guidance and coaching. Due to the experience level of Lee, she is able to integrate other techniques into your reiki  session should you be focused on healing emotional trauma. For deeper emotional healing Lee integrates Breathwork into the session as a powerfull healing tool.  VIDEO OF HEALING

Lee is a clinical hypnotist, breathwork facilitator, Usui Reiki Master Teacher African shamanic healer  and spiritual life coach. All her sessions are conducted with reiki fully activated.
